1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the batbat platform ("Platform", "Site", or "we") and the user ("you", "player", or "member"). By using batbat's website, mobile version, or any of its services, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

batbat currently accepts the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposit payments must be made from an account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and will be returned.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• A 120% bonus on the first deposit is offered up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,200 as a bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Another example: deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳15,000.
• Each user can receive this bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for playing on the platform.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless clearly permitted by the promotional terms.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, batbat reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Regular players receive weekly cashback across four tiers in batbat's VIP program:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The batbat platform offers various gaming services including cricket betting, slot games, fishing games, and live casino. Each game has its own rules, but the general rules below always apply.

6.1 Placing Bets

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• batbat reserves the right to cancel any bet placed due to a technical error.
• If the account does not have sufficient balance, the bet will not be processed.

6.2 Payment of Winnings

• Winnings from valid bets are automatically added to the account balance.
• batbat reserves the right to withhold and investigate winnings from fraudulent or irregular bets.

6.3 Special Cricket Betting Provisions

Betting is available on international cricket matches including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets are generally voided and the original amount is returned, though the terms for specific markets may differ.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the batbat platform and upon detection the account will be closed immediately:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing opposing or risk-free bets for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing bets using software bots, scripts, or automated methods.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Misconduct or harassment toward other players or staff.
• Attempting to influence outcomes through illegal coordination.

8. Responsible Gaming

batbat believes that gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment — but it should never become a source of addiction or financial difficulty. We encourage all players to play responsibly.
